Our SAP department consists of around 50 dedicated consultants and developers responsible for managing global digital business processes. With a strong focus on standardization and the latest SAP technologies, we create innovative and efficient business solutions. YOUR TASKS:

  • Lead and coordinate a team of 10 highly skilled SAP consultants responsible for procurement and production areas.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation and technological development of the respective SAP modules (MM & PP).
  • Work with your team to ensure the consistent and integrated execution of business processes in S/4 HANA, including the creation of necessary documentation.
  • Drive the development of the group-wide SAP S/4 HANA template and support the digital transformation in close collaboration with global business leaders.
  • Manage rollouts of relevant releases both nationally and internationally.
  • Oversee cross-functional project and resource planning, including escalation management.
  • Foster the professional and personal development of your team and create a motivating and inspiring work environment.


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Leadership experience is desirable but not required.
  • Several years of experience in designing and implementing business processes in the SAP environment, ideally in S/4 HANA.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules MM or PP.
  • Solid understanding of SAP and business processes in your areas of responsibility as well as adjacent and dependent areas.
  • Good German and English skills.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination skills, paired with quick comprehension and analytical thinking.
  • A methodical and structured work approach, characterized by initiative, commitment, and goal orientation.
