YOUR TASKS:
- You develop and execute sales strategies for your customer portfolio across the assigned region.
- You drive business growth by achieving and exceeding your sales targets.
- You develop key accounts and actively manage opportunities from initial contact through to successful closing.
- You identify new business opportunities, create compelling value propositions, and lead commercial negotiations.
- You analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to uncover new growth opportunities.
- You implement the agreed pricing strategy in close alignment with Sales Management.
- You work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Support to deliver the best solutions for your customers.
- You monitor key performance indicators, sales forecasts, and market developments to continuously optimize business performance.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You are based in Cantabria, Castilla y León, or La Rioja.
- You have more than five years of experience in technical sales within industrial automation.
- You have a proven track record of developing business with end customers, system integrators, and distributors while managing key accounts throughout the entire sales cycle.
- You enjoy consultative selling and are equally confident managing transactional sales activities.
- You have experience working with both direct and indirect sales channels.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems.
- You communicate confidently in English in both meetings and presentations.
- You are customer-focused, results-driven, proactive, analytical, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
