Inside Sales / Technico Commercial Sédentaire

YOUR TASKS:

  • You support and advise existing customers by phone, email, and digital communication channels.
  • You prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and actively contribute to closing sales opportunities.
  • You identify customer needs and recommend suitable SICK products, solutions, and services.
  • You develop existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • You proactively contact customers to generate additional business and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • You work closely with the Field Sales team to ensure seamless customer support and coordinated sales activities.
  • You process customer inquiries efficiently and coordinate with Technical Support, Customer Care, Product Management, and other internal departments.
  • You maintain customer data and sales activities in the CRM system and contribute to accurate sales forecasting.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a degree in Business, Engineering, or a comparable qualification with an interest in industrial automation.
  • You have first experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support, Telesales, or another customer-facing commercial role.
  • Experience in industrial automation, sensors, or a technical B2B environment is an advantage.
  • You enjoy communicating with customers by phone and building long-term business relationships.
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • You work in a structured and proactive way and can effectively manage multiple customer requests and priorities.
  • You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to shared sales success.
  • You have a good command of English.
