YOUR TASKS:

Work independently with the Learning Management System and reporting tools while supporting international project management

Handle service requests using various tools in the areas of project management, LMS, and e-learning authoring

Create content for e-learning courses

Support the design and development of technical trainings
-
Translate didactic concepts into effective training content
-
Assist in managing and expanding competence management processes
-
Gain insight into diverse training topics, take ownership of your own projects, and support training and event preparation at the SIA Campus
YOUR PROFILE:
-
You are enrolled in Adult Education, Business Administration, Economics, Media Education, Digital Media, Media Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program
-
Initial experience with project management tools, e-learning authoring tools, and learning management systems is an advantage
-
Strong interest in IT, project management, and adult education
-
Ideally, good MS Office skills

Good command of English

Independent and structured working style

Strong teamwork and communication skills, paired with creativity, round off your profile
