Job Description
Mandatory Internship in Software Testing & Test Automation

Summer Semester 2027 – limited to 3–6 months

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Support project-specific verification and validation activities
  • Prepare, execute, and document software and system tests
  • Create and maintain test data, test environments, and test cases
  • Analyze defects and track their resolution in collaboration with development and test teams
  • Further develop existing modules of an automated test framework based on Google Test (GTest)
  • Implement, optimize, and maintain automated tests, helping to improve test coverage and efficiency
  • Contribute to forward-looking testing and automation solutions in the field of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
  • Create technical documentation and analyses as part of testing activities

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical degree program
  • Initial programming experience, ideally in C++
  • Basic knowledge of object-oriented software development is an advantage
  • Interest in software testing, test automation, and CI/CD
  • Structured and independent approach to work
  • Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to collaborate with development and test teams
