Mandatory Internship in Legal, Governance, and Compliance

Summer Semester 2027 – limited to 3–6 months

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Support the Legal, Governance & Compliance team in the areas of compliance and corporate law
  • Contribute to the further development of the Compliance Management System
  • Create and revise internal policies, processes, and documentation
  • Support national and international compliance investigations
  • Assist with corporate law matters and M&A projects
  • Conduct legal research and prepare presentations and decision-making documents
  • Take on administrative and coordination tasks as part of day-to-day operations

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Studying Business Law or a comparable degree program
  • Confident use of standard MS Office applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Independent, structured, and conscientious approach to work
  • High level of responsibility and discretion
  • Quick comprehension and an interest in legal and business matters
  • Flexibility and commitment round off your profile
