The Legal, Governance and Compliance unit advises the Executive Board and all business functions worldwide on legal matters, compliance topics, and export control. YOUR TASKS:

• Support employees, management, and global subsidiaries in legal and compliance-related matters.
• Provide sound legal advice with a focus on compliance topics and corporate law, and support M&A projects.
• Design and deliver international compliance training sessions.
• Further develop the Compliance Management System as part of the team.
• Support the continuous improvement and optimization of internal policies and compliance processes.
• Participate in compliance investigations and internal audits.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in Law with two above-average German State Examinations; alternatively, an above-average Master’s degree in Business Law is also acceptable.
• Ideally several years of professional experience in an internationally operating industrial company or an international law firm.
• Solid knowledge of corporate law and/or compliance topics is an advantage.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Confident and professional demeanor combined with an independent and pragmatic working style.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as excellent organizational abilities complete your profile.
