Apprenticeship 2026: Industrial clerk*

3-year apprenticeship as an industrial clerk* (f/m/d) starting on 01.09.2026 at our Waldkirch site in cooperation with the Waldkirch Vocational School Centre (part-time teaching).

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: 

  • Familiarisation with work processes and the company structure by working in different departments 
  • Supporting the respective departments in their daily work 
  • Independent processing of individual work packages in departments or in projects 
  • Participation in discussions with customers and suppliers 
  • Participation in negotiations in purchasing 
  • Order processing in sales
  • Participation in the creation of marketing concepts
  • Preparation of training courses in human resources
  • Processing payment transactions in accounting
  • Processing internal orders in the logistics department 
  • Assisting with the planning and realisation of events
  • The use of MS Office, SAP and new media will accompany you with us

 

WHAT YOU NEED: 

  • Secondary school leaving certificate, university entrance qualification, A-levels or comparable training 
  • A keen interest in office and administrative work 
  • Quick comprehension skills 
  • Confident manner and enjoy customer contact, communication and counselling 
  • Ability to work in a team 
  • Organisational talent 
  • Confident handling of MS Office programmes 
  • Good knowledge of English 
  • Good knowledge of German (language level B2 recommended)
  • Understanding and interest in the technology and products in our company
