Our international team of five software developers from Sweden and Germany builds dTag and dStudio to help internal and external users solve complex problems with deep learning. dTag is a web-based tool for data annotation and management, while dStudio trains and deploys neural networks on SICK cameras. Both products are seamlessly linked and integrated into the SICK ecosystem. We follow a SCRUM-based process, handling development, support, and operations, supported by a product manager and Scrum Master.

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Actively develop our web services dTag (data annotation & management) and dStudio (neural network training & deployment).
  • Design, implement, and maintain new features for our Angular-based frontends.
  • Follow an end-to-end approach, handling frontend-related tasks within our Python/FastAPI backend.
  • "You build it – you run it." Develop, deploy, and monitor our Kubernetes-based services.
  • Write and maintain frontend tests for new and existing code, integrated into our CI/CD pipeline.
  • Work as part of an international team from Sweden and Germany in a SCRUM-inspired process.

 

YOUR  PROFILE:

  • Completed degree or vocational training in computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in software development within an agile environment
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Angular, and RXJS
  • Experience with Python (FastAPI/async) or other functional/object-oriented programming languages
  • Familiarity with testing, CI/CD, and Kubernetes
  • Experience with MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases) and deep learning is a plus but not required
  • Team spirit, willingness to learn, and openness to new technologies and tasks
