YOUR TASKS:

  • As a Project Manager*, you will be responsible for the cross-departmental management of development projects in the field of high-tech 2D/3D LIDAR safety sensor technology
  • You will create project proposals with the planning of time-to-market, costs, project organisation, technical content and risk assessment
  • You will organise collaboration within the project team and coordinate the necessary work packages to ensure the success of the project
  • You actively manage risk and report the project status to management
  • You will be responsible for the release and certification of features, components and products
  • You will optimise and design the organisation and development processes in your project environment

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, microsystems technology, physics or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience as a project manager in component, product or platform development, ideally in the field of optical sensors, automation or electrical engineering
  • You have knowledge in the development of mechanical or electronic components, embedded software or sensor technology   
  • Knowledge of configuration and variant management
  • You have experience with agile development processes (Scrum)
  • Ideally, you have experience in the area of functional safety as well as in the release and certification of features, components and products
  • Your interdisciplinary teamwork and communication skills as well as your organisational talent are impressive
  • You are characterised by your structured and independent way of thinking and working as well as your willingness to take responsibility 
  • You can motivate a project team and always keep an eye on the achievement of project goals
  • Your enthusiasm for technology and optical sensors rounds off your profile
