The team is part of SICK's global R&D department and is responsible for developing and managing the PLM solution based on the Aras Innovator platform. Ten experienced PLM experts in Waldkirch ensure seamless global integration with other teams. By applying the agile Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework, the team guarantees flexibility, quick adaptability, and continuous improvements in product lifecycle management.

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • You will be responsible for the further development of our PLM solution based on the ARAS Innovator platform.
  • You will define and maintain the product vision and strategy for our PLM system.
  • You will create and prioritize our product backlog based on business requirements and stakeholder feedback.
  • You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary agile teams (development, design, QA) to ensure successful product development.
  • You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • You will conduct market analyses and competitive observations to identify trends and best practices, and plan the training and rollout of new solutions.
  • You will ensure the quality and performance of ARAS Innovator solutions through regular testing and feedback loops with end users.
  • You will communicate with internal and external stakeholders and power users to align product requirements and progress.


YOUR PROFILE:

  • A completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the PLM field.
  • Ideally, solid knowledge of the ARAS Innovator platform.
  • Experience in agile software development (LeSS) and requirements management.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex technical concepts.
  • Strong communication and moderation skills complete your profile.
