Our product management team for ‘Flexible Identification’ is responsible for both stationary and mobile identification sensors and covers the entire spectrum of product management - from strategy development, product definition and product launch to support throughout the entire life cycle. As Product Manager* for handheld scanners, you will have the opportunity to assume global product responsibility for our handheld scanner portfolio and actively adapt it to the needs of our customers. We attach particular importance to open and solution-orientated cooperation with our customers and internal interfaces.

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • As Product Manager* for handheld scanners, you will assume global product responsibility for the entire product life cycle 
  • Be responsible for the strategic development of the product portfolio in close cooperation with the international product management, sales, and global industry centres
  • Analyse competitive, market and customer requirements and improve the user experience of the product portfolio
  • Co-operate closely with our partners to successfully translate market requirements into product features and customer solutions
  • Successfully complete customer projects and work closely with international sales subsidiaries
  • Carry out product training and market the product portfolio
  • Develop marketing concepts and create content in collaboration with internal and external marketing agencies

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a university degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable degree programme 
  • You have professional and product management experience 
  • Ideally, you have industry experience in the field of sensor technology
  • Very good command of English
  • You are characterised by your assertiveness and organisational talent
  • You have a strong market and customer orientation
  • Your strong teamwork and communication skills round off your profile
