This work focuses on assessing the decisions of AI-based algorithms to ensure reliable and precise human detection. The goal is to enhance employee safety, optimize operations, and ensure the reliable functioning of smart factory production environments.
YOUR TASKS:
- You conduct literature research on model evaluation and selection to capture the current state of research and industry standards.
- You analyze existing models regarding their reliability.
- You identify specific patterns or features that define a particular concept (e.g., "human").
- You contribute to making the decisions of existing neural networks more understandable by evaluating traceable logical rules and concepts.
- You are responsible for the detailed documentation of work results.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You are studying mathematics, electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or a comparable field.
- You enjoy developing and applying statistical models and machine learning algorithms in industrial environments.
- You have programming experience, particularly in Python or MATLAB, and you are enthusiastic about implementing and evaluating the solutions you develop.
- You possess very good English language skills.
- Your independent and goal-oriented working style enables you to tackle complex issues in a structured manner.
- Your strong teamwork and communication skills complete your profile.
