YOUR TASKS:
- Lead the Operations IT division and collaboratively further develop the strategy with stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Enabling Cluster IT and Cyber Security Team.
- Implement EC IT policies within Operations.
- Collaborate intensively with production sites and regional service centers.
- Take responsibility for the Operations IT system landscape and ensure a future-proof structure and data architecture in coordination with EC IT.
- Define guidelines and standards for Operations IT while ensuring system resilience and high availability.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
- Solid experience in IT management and in the field of Operations IT.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT processes and their optimization.
- Expertise in implementing cyber security measures.
- Experience in designing IT architectures and system design.
- Structured and goal-oriented work approach.
- Effective communication skills with various stakeholders and teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to realize long-term objectives.
