YOUR TASKS: 

  • As an expert* for compensation and benefits, you will be responsible for the European subsidiaries 
  • This includes the introduction and implementation of job evaluations according to Willis Towers Watson (Global Grading) as well as the design and management of the annual compensation processes 
  • In close coordination with the global compensation team, you will develop and implement strategic concepts with regard to compensation topics 
  • You will lead or participate in international projects in the area of compensation and performance management
  • As a competent contact person, you will support internal interfaces in all matters relating to compensation
  • In addition, you will independently drive the evaluation and further development of our international remuneration processes  

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • University degree in business administration, economics with a focus on human resources, controlling or comparable qualification 
  • You have several years of professional experience in remuneration management in an international group of companies
  • You are experienced in job evaluation procedures
  • Confident handling of SAP Success Factors and MS Office is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • You are characterized by your strong analytical thinking skills
  • You have a confident manner and enjoy working in a solution-oriented manner and at eye level
  • Your intercultural competence rounds off your profile
