Our team supports the Waldkirch and Buchholz sites and is responsible for all services related to spaces and buildings. Our daily tasks include managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning, and cooling systems, as well as ensuring the functionality of fire extinguishing systems. Janitorial services, maintenance of outdoor facilities, and waste disposal services round out our service offering. In these diverse areas, we work closely with various service teams and external service providers.


YOUR TASKS:

  • You will maintain the building's technical systems, focusing on heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning, and cooling systems.
  • You will coordinate external contractors and be responsible for inspections and control activities.
  • You will carry out installation and repair work on building technology.
  • You will oversee fire protection systems and extinguishing systems.
  • You will participate in on-call service duties.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have completed a technical vocational training, ideally in heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning (HVAC), or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of experience and are familiar with the current standards in building technology.
  • You have MS Office skills and experience with CAFM systems.
  • You have knowledge of building control systems and the operation of technical systems.
  • You possess a Class B driver's license.
  • Your strong team and communication skills set you apart.
  • Your high level of quality and responsibility rounds out your profile.
