Mandatory Internship in Manufacturing Engineering

Summer Semester 2026 – Fixed-term for 3–6 months

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Actively contribute to improvement projects, e.g. the development towards a Smart Factory, and take responsibility for sub-projects in the field of Lean Production
  • Develop creative solutions to increase productivity and quality
  • Support the introduction of new products, e.g. by designing workstations, production equipment, and manufacturing processes
  • Plan layouts using modern layout software and implement them in a practical, hands-on environment

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Currently studying a technical, business, or comparable degree program
  • Ideally, initial experience with Lean Production, layout systems, and SAP PP
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Enjoy working hands-on in a production environment and demonstrate a high level of initiative
  • Independent and structured approach to work
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
