Our training team consists of six passionate and talented professionals dedicated to innovative training methods and continuous learning. As part of our team, you will work in a supportive environment that fosters collaboration, methodology, and knowledge sharing. Our current goals include integrating structured learning methods into the global training process for service technicians and continuously improving the training content through iterative enhancements. Additionally, we play a valuable role in development projects, ensuring practical relevance for future service activities on our devices.
YOUR TASKS:
- Creation of service training and integration of the content into the established toolchain.
- Maintenance of service content in the Analyzer Knowledge Base to ensure the sustainable availability of service processes.
- Handling of critical cases from the field.
- Support of Technical Support Level 3 during vacation periods and for complex inquiries.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed vocational training in a technical field, preferably in the area of gas analysis.
- Several years of professional experience in the repair of analyzers, as a service technician, or technical trainer.
- Good English language skills.
- Strong communication skills, confident in presentations, and with a deep technical understanding.
