YOUR TASKS:
- Set up single and multi-component injection molding machines and reconfigure them as needed.
- Conduct sampling for new projects.
- Troubleshoot and document process and machine disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and perform SPC checks during ongoing production.
- Control and approve manufacturing processes as well as the preventive maintenance of machines.
- Maintain tools and ensure proper storage and inventory management.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed technical training as a process mechanic in the field of molded parts or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in plastic injection molding technology; motivated career starters are welcome.
- Experience with production planning systems (e.g., SAP).
- English language skills are advantageous.
- Reliable and independent working style.
