  • You support the development and optimization of processes, especially in regard to joining and laser technologies.
  • You work on developing and evaluating modular solution concepts for production processes in sensor manufacturing.
  • You create experimental plans and conduct laboratory as well as practical tests to validate the feasibility of production solutions.
  • You analyze test results and help derive recommendations for implementation in production.
  • You participate in process qualification projects and contribute to the further development of production methods.


YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are studying mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering, physics, or a comparable field, preferably at the master's level.
  • You have an interest in new production technologies and processes, ideally related to joining or laser technology.
  • You possess an analytical and structured working style.
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills, enjoy working across disciplines, and have an open-minded and solution-oriented approach.
  • Previous experience in laboratory work or projects is an advantage but not required.
