YOUR TASKS:
- You are part of the international SICK procurement and production network and share responsibility for the development of business strategies and processes
- You will actively shape the further development and optimization of the SICK procurement and production network, taking into account legal and customer requirements
- You analyze risks and initiate measures to avoid potential disruptions in the supply chain
- You work closely with the purchasing departments, the legal department and environmental management
- You develop sustainability strategies for the external supply chain and within the group of companies and implement legal framework conditions in the process
- You will play an active and strategic role in the procurement and production network to achieve the company's goals
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, environmental management or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience, ideally in a manufacturing, environmental or purchasing environment
- SAP knowledge and initial management experience are desirable
- Very good command of English
- You have a pioneering spirit and the courage to break new ground
- You impress with your structured and networked way of thinking and working, your strong focus on goals and results as well as your entrepreneurial thinking and actions
- Your strong teamwork and communication skills as well as your confident manner and negotiating skills round off your profile
