Our cross-location Finance Business Partner team is a trusted advisor to the management team. YOUR TASKS:
- As a Finance Business Partner*, you will take on comprehensive business management support for the Marketing/Sales and Product Management departments within the Cleaner Industries business cluster at our German locations in Hamburg, Reute, Dresden, and Überlingen
- Analyze product and project contribution margins based on transfer prices for international sales companies
- Prepare monthly reports and increase transparency through special analyses and targeted interpretation of results
- Identify and analyze variances, develop appropriate measures, and monitor their implementation—thus actively contributing to improving the company’s results
- Lead and support planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics with a focus on Controlling/Finance, or a comparable qualification
- You bring relevant professional experience in controlling or a similar role
- Strong IT skills, especially in SAP/BI & Excel, ideally with BI admin experience
- Experience in designing and managing transfer pricing systems is desirable
- Excellent German (C1) and English (C1) language skills
- Willingness to travel nationally (approx. 10%)
- You have an analytical and structured approach to thinking and working, as well as a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently
- You enjoy working in a team and have strong communication skills, rounding off your profile
