Product development is conducted in close collaboration across electronics, design, software, metrology, quality management, and production. YOUR TASKS:
- As part of a small expert team, managing product-specific explosion protection within the development process for gas analysis technology used in emissions monitoring for industrial plants and process applications.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary development team to shape product concepts with a focus on explosion protection.
- Ensure the certifiability of products, liaising closely with testing authorities and managing product certifications with confidence.
- Maintain compliance throughout the product lifecycle by implementing suitable measures for modifications and enhancements.
- Serve as a key contact for compliance-related questions and oversee the implementation of relevant standards and guidelines, including derived R&D processes.
- Support the explosion protection officer with product-specific training sessions and certification audits.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in product development and product-specific explosion protection.
- Strong interdisciplinary technical system understanding.
- Proven project management skills and negotiation expertise, ideally in international product certifications related to explosion protection.
- Solution-oriented mindset and approach.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills to complete your profile.
