- You develop and implement communication strategies to promote internal information exchange.
- You create and disseminate internal communications, newsletters, and other materials in both German and English.
- You organize and moderate internal events and meetings.
- You maintain and optimize internal communication channels, especially the intranet.
- You support the team in employer branding.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a degree in communication, journalism, design, marketing, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of professional experience in internal communication or a similar position.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Your creativity and sense for engaging target-group-oriented communication set you apart.
- You have experience with digital communication platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Team spirit, initiative, and a structured working style are among your strengths.
