YOUR TASKS:
- Advise and support employees as well as specialists and managers at the Ottendorf-Okrilla and Hamburg locations on all HR-related topics.
- Implement the HR strategy and continuously develop HR processes.
- Take responsibility for recruiting specialists and executives.
- Ensure compliance with labor and collective agreement regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the works council.
- Support and moderate change processes as well as the implementation of personnel measures.
- Lead and design HR projects, while optimizing and digitalizing existing HR processes.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
- Solid knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
- Experience in collaborating with the works council.
- Customer- and solution-oriented mindset.
- Empathetic personality with a team player mentality.
- Willingness to travel occasionally between locations.
