  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
  • Experience in collaborating with the works council.
  • Customer- and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Empathetic personality with a team player mentality.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally between locations.
