Technical Consultant (f/m/d) - Machine Safety

In your role as Technical Consultant (f/m/d) in the field of machine safety, you will actively shape the future of safe industrial plants. You will develop customized service packages and provide our customers with comprehensive support – from analysis to successful commissioning. In doing so, you will act as the interface between technology, consulting, and project management.

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • You will advise on machine directives, standards, and safety requirements (e.g., EN ISO 13849, EN 62061) and develop safety concepts, risk assessments, and hardware and software specifications.
  • You will take on the management of projects and construction sites, including the coordination of all trades involved.
  • You will present technical solutions and explain their benefits and added value to our customers.
  • You will prepare and calculate technical offers, documentation, and records.
  • You will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, subsidiaries, and international customers.
  • You will work closely with sales, engineering, and service to ensure comprehensive project support. 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable qualification (e.g., state-certified technician)
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of machine safety
  • In-depth knowledge of the relevant machine directives and safety standards
  • Experience in technical project management and construction site coordination
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach to work and strong communication skills
  • Very good German and English language skills
