YOUR TASKS: 

  • You are a competent contact person* for our key customers within the Logistics & Mobility division with a focus on retail & contract logistics
  • You determine customer needs and the corresponding product requirements and develop suitable solutions for our customers 
  • You are responsible for the creation and implementation of strategically and operationally orientated account plans 
  • You coordinate projects, conduct price and contract negotiations and ensure their implementation 
  • You will act as an interface to internal and external customers and have a strong focus on personal customer contacts 
  • Your tasks include providing qualified technical advice as well as building and developing a network of relationships
  • Continuous monitoring of the competition is also part of your area of responsibility 
     

YOUR PROFILE: 

  • You have a degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification 
  • You have several years of professional experience in key account management and ideally have additional industry experience in the logistics sector 
  • Good command of English 
  • You have a high degree of personal responsibility and assertiveness 
  • You have a confident manner and a solution-orientated way of thinking and working 
  • High willingness to travel 
  • Your strong customer, sales and target orientation rounds off your profile
