YOUR TASKS:
- You monitor the interfaces between different systems, such as SAP, ensuring smooth data flow.
- You discuss, coordinate, and independently resolve simple issues according to guidelines or initiate resolution with logistics support.
- You independently handle simple matters according to instructions and assist with complaint processing.
- You take responsibility for managing tickets in the logistics area and carry out administrative tasks in SAP.
- You are responsible for goods receipt and storage, and ensure proper transportation and storage of goods.
- You plan and book spare part sets in SAP.
- You pick orders for production and shipping to ensure smooth logistics operations.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Ideally, you have experience in logistics.
- SAP knowledge (ERP/EWM module) is an advantage.
- A forklift license is desirable.
- You are characterized by your careful and reliable working style.
- Your strong team and communication skills complete your profile.
