Our quality team, consisting of around 20 dedicated employees, is represented at four locations: Hamburg, Dresden, Überlingen and Reute (near Freiburg). In close co-operation with other specialist areas such as development, production and our suppliers, we take on all quality-related activities to ensure high product quality. The satisfaction of our customers is always at the centre of everything we do.
YOUR TASKS:
- You will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of the four quality employees at the Hamburg site
- You will accompany certification, customer and internal audits, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and explosion protection ISO 80079-34
- You will actively support supplier management in auditing, product process approval, incoming goods inspection and processing supplier complaints
- In close cooperation with our international sales companies, technical support and development, you will coordinate customer complaints
- You will work closely with our international production sites and contribute your expertise to the further development of the cross-site quality management system
- You will also coordinate the project management of 8D teams and moderate risk analyses
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a degree in engineering or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in quality control, production, supplier or project management desirable
- Very good knowledge of German (C2) and English (B2)
- Openness to new ideas, a high degree of self-motivation and a hands-on mentality
- You are characterised by your analytical way of thinking and goal-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel nationally
- Your strong communication and teamwork skills as well as your intercultural competence round off your profile
