YOUR TASKS:
- Receiving and handling internal service requests, as well as planning and coordinating maintenance and repair appointments.
- Monitoring service quality and ensuring on-time completion, including documentation and tracking of service processes.
- Close collaboration with internal departments and external service providers to develop and implement solutions.
- Optimizing service processes to enhance efficiency and quality, including analysis and evaluation of service metrics.
- Preparing regular reports on service activities and supporting rapid resolution of emergencies.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in service coordination or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with service management software is advantageous.
- Good command of English (a plus).
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and independence.
- Team-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
