YOUR TASKS:

  • Receiving and handling internal service requests, as well as planning and coordinating maintenance and repair appointments.
  • Monitoring service quality and ensuring on-time completion, including documentation and tracking of service processes.
  • Close collaboration with internal departments and external service providers to develop and implement solutions.
  • Optimizing service processes to enhance efficiency and quality, including analysis and evaluation of service metrics.
  • Preparing regular reports on service activities and supporting rapid resolution of emergencies.


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
  • Initial professional experience in service coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with service management software is advantageous.
  • Good command of English (a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and independence.
  • Team-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
