Our Logistics Processes team is responsible for all global logistics and customs processes. We plan, support, control, develop and are responsible for the global logistics network and the harmonization of the logistics processes of the SICK Group. Together with the Global Transportation & Customs team, we define interdisciplinary business processes and system integration in the international trade environment. Our current focus is on the global implementation and integration of customs and logistics processes within a comprehensive SAP program. We are characterized by our open and solution-oriented cooperation in a global network and use both classic and agile methods. YOUR TASKS:
- You will actively participate in projects and take a leading position in organizational projects
- You will be responsible for the planning, design and implementation of processes and systems in the Global Trade & Customs area with a focus on business process and system integration of transportation and foreign trade processes
- You coordinate the rollout of customs and logistics processes within a global SAP program
- You will define, develop and document process standards, identify potential for optimization and implement them
- You have an interface function to internal customers and specialist departments as well as national and international subsidiaries
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a degree in business administration with a focus on logistics, transportation or foreign trade or a comparable qualification, alternatively training in the aforementioned areas with further training as a specialist or business economist*
- Professional and project management experience as well as experience in foreign trade, ideally in one of the following areas: Import, export, preference, origin of goods
- Experience in SAP in the GTS, SD and possibly MM modules
- Very good knowledge of English, ideally additional foreign language skills
- You are characterized by your analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of thinking and approach
- Your intercultural competence rounds off your profile
