3.5-year apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic* (f/m/d) starting on 1 September 2025 at our Donaueschingen site in cooperation with the Donaueschingen and Villingen-Schwenningen commercial schools (part-time teaching).
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Diverse insights and collaboration in various departments such as CNC production, test equipment construction, production, quality control and logistics maintenance
- Acquisition of basic mechanical knowledge
- Machining (turning, milling, drilling) of materials made from a wide variety of metals and plastics
- Creation of programmes for CNC-controlled machines
- Operation of computer-controlled systems
- Setting up pneumatic and electro-pneumatic circuits
- Assembly of components and assemblies
- Sample production of complex, precise components
- Creation and application of technical drawings
- Independent quality checks as well as maintenance and servicing of complex systems
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Secondary school leaving certificate, vocational college, A-levels or comparable training
- Basic technical understanding
- Enjoy craftsmanship and technical activities
- Good spatial awareness
- Good knowledge of maths, physics and computer science
- Analytical and precise way of working
- Developer spirit and inventiveness
- Enjoy working in a team
- German language skills (language level B2 recommended)
