Technical Consultant - fixed-term (f/m/d)

Fixed term: 24 months

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Provide technical customer consulting in the fields of auto identification, machine vision, and LiDAR technology
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop suitable application solutions
  • Support the commissioning of complex systems and perform application testing
  • Handle customer complaints and derive appropriate corrective actions
  • Design and deliver training sessions
  • Contribute to product lifecycle management
  • Act as an interface to internal and external customers, suppliers, and international subsidiaries

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • University degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, certification as a state-certified technician
  • Several years of professional experience in factory or logistics automation
  • Strong knowledge of auto identification, machine vision, and LiDAR technologies
  • Experience with industrial control systems (e.g., Simatic STEP 7 or TIA Portal)
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and understandable way
  • Good technical English skills
  • Structured, customer- and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong organizational skills and willingness to travel
