Demand Forecast Analyst (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Create a reliable demand plan for a defined product area within the Sales & Service Cluster
  • Analyze market, customer, and forecast data for the defined product area and derive recommendations for the demand plan
  • Monitor planning quality using relevant KPIs and drive improvement measures
  • Ensure a high level of data quality in planning systems
  • Coordinate collaboration with relevant stakeholders and support demand review meetings
  • Turn market, customer, and forecast data into actionable insights and develop powerful analyses, dashboards, and reporting solutions in CRM, SAP, Blue Yonder, and Tableau, leveraging AI technologies in a targeted manner
  • Act as a point of contact for demand planning topics within the department

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain management, or a comparable analytical field
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze complex interrelationships in a structured manner
  • Experience creating and further developing forecasts, reports, dashboards, or data-driven planning solutions
  • Confident use of MS Excel and, ideally, experience with SAP, CRM, Blue Yonder, and/or Tableau
  • Interest in new technologies and experience using AI-powered solutions effectively for analyses and planning processes
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
