Channel Account Manager

YOUR TASKS:

  • You develop your customer portfolio and generate new business opportunities through digital channels, phone, and email.
  • You manage an existing customer portfolio and build long-term relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • You identify, qualify, and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle until successful conversion.
  • You promote SICK's products, solutions, and services by delivering solutions tailored to your customers' needs.
  • You manage your sales activities in the CRM system, maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, and monitor key performance indicators.
  • You analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • You collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Customer Care, Technical Support, and Field Sales teams.
  • You continuously expand your knowledge of SICK's products, markets, and digital sales techniques.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, ideally with a focus on industrial automation.
  • You have initial experience in remote sales, digital sales, or B2B business development.
  • Experience in sensors, industrial automation, or a comparable industrial environment is an advantage.
  • You are proficient in remote selling techniques, CRM systems, and digital sales tools.
  • You have strong commercial acumen along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You are organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • You combine an analytical mindset with a strong customer and results orientation and enjoy working collaboratively across teams.
  • You have a good command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
