Location: Germany-wide

YOUR TASKS:

• Commission sensor and identification systems (e.g., barcode, RFID, camera-based solutions), perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct functionality checks – primarily in Germany, occasionally abroad
• Develop customer-specific solutions in intralogistics and factory automation
• Act as a competent point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders in matters related to identification and machine vision systems
• Support telephone-based technical consultation and analyze customer applications
• Conduct product and application training sessions
• Document service operations and maintain customer information in the CRM system
• Collaborate closely with technical departments and the sales team

YOUR PROFILE:

• Certified technician or master craftsperson in electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a skilled worker with relevant professional experience
• Experience in technical field service, ideally with knowledge of identification and machine vision technologies
• Familiarity with industrial control and data processing systems is a plus
• Confident handling of MS Office and CRM tools
• Good English skills, both spoken and written
• Strong customer orientation, organizational skills, and willingness to travel
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, along with flexibility
