Key Account Manager - Consumer Goods - End Customers (f/m/d)

Sales Territory: Southern Germany

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Manage national and global end customers in the Consumer Goods industry.

  • Provide expert, solution-oriented advice on our entire product portfolio and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Coordinate and support strategic, long-term projects and implement strategic and operational account plans tailored specifically to the requirements of the Consumer Goods industry, including Packaging & Paper, Healthcare and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).

  • Build and expand a strategic network across all relevant decision-making levels.

  • Work closely with the Lead Account Manager in the International Key Account Management team to ensure customer requirements are met in the best possible way.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Computer Science or a comparable qualification.

  • Several years of experience in sales of automation, software or digitalization solutions.

  • Experience managing complex, long-term projects requiring intensive customer support and strategic planning.

  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Germany and flexibility to accommodate customer needs.

  • Very good command of English, strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.

  • Strong assertiveness, initiative, decision-making skills and negotiation abilities, combined with an independent and solution-oriented approach to work.
