Application Engineer - Safety (f/m/d)

Region: Northern NRW, Lower Saxony, Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein – Home Office

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Provide technical consulting to customers and sell project-based solutions and products in the field of Industrial Safety Systems.
  • Develop technical solution concepts and prepare quotations in the context of consulting, engineering, and bid preparation.
  • Commission systems and carry out application and system tests.
  • Plan and deliver internal and external training sessions.
  • Manage and support complex safety engineering projects through to successful completion.
  • Act as the central interface between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively drive sales activities in the field of industrial safety engineering.
  • Qualify leads, hand them over to field sales, or manage them independently through to closing.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales and/or safety engineering.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Ideally, knowledge of consulting and factory automation.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong team and communication skills.
  • Confident and persuasive presence.
  • A structured way of working combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Assertiveness and strong organizational skills complete your profile.
