YOUR TASKS:
- Lead and further develop the production control and disposition teams, each consisting of three employees
- Shape the strategic and procedural development of the department in close coordination with relevant interfaces
- Optimize the entire order processing workflow
- Take responsibility for production control of both standard and customized devices, as well as inventory management and disposition tasks
- Implement planning requirements, coordinate advance planning, and manage supplier changes
- Oversee material procurement, disposition, and order approval
- Coordinate collaboration between production and planning teams
- Ensure target achievement, adhere to deadlines, and manage reporting on cost deviations, excess stock, and risk parts
- Communicate delivery dates and changes, and ensure accurate data maintenance in SAP
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have completed a technical or commercial education
- You bring leadership experience along with expertise in disposition, production, and device planning
- You possess strong SAP knowledge, particularly in Core Production
- You enjoy working with employees, colleagues, and as part of a team
- You have strong analytical skills and a structured, independent working style
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills
