Our quality team consists of around 20 dedicated employees and is represented at four locations: Hamburg, Dresden, Überlingen, and Reute (near Freiburg). In close collaboration with other departments such as development, production, and our suppliers, we handle all quality-related activities to ensure high product quality. The focus of our activities is always the satisfaction of our customers.
YOUR TASKS:
- As Quality Manager* you will be responsible for the strategic management of all quality-related activities to ensure sustainable high product quality at the site
- Accompany certification and customer audits as well as internal audits, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, explosion protection ISO 80079-34
- Coordinate customer complaints in close cooperation with our international sales companies, technical support and development departments
- Take over the project management of 8D teams and moderate risk analyses
- Plan and control advance quality planning in development projects
- Independently take over and delegate measures and activities to improve the quality level and monitor their implementation and effectiveness
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed technical studies or state-certified technician*
- Several years of professional experience (quality management, development, production, project management) desirable
- Openness to new ideas, adaptability, a high degree of self-motivation and a hands-on mentality
- Analytical way of thinking and a goal-orientated way of working
- Good command of English
- Willingness to travel
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as intercultural competence round off your profile
