  • Lead the implementation and integration of new or optimized measurement technologies into our products, ensuring that they meet future customer and market demands
  • Provide empathetic and goal-oriented leadership to support and challenge a cross-location team of experts in various technologies
  • Collaborate with team leaders from other departments to ensure the highest quality standards and efficient processes in product development
  • Use your curiosity and strategic perspective to ask the right questions, fostering creative and sustainable solutions for complex challenges within the team


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in developing complex products and systems
  • Proven track record in successfully launching products from development to production to market introduction
  • Leadership experience with the ability to guide teams effectively and support individual growth
  • In-depth knowledge of measurement technology—ideally in gas analytics—or a strong affinity for various technologies with the ability to quickly adapt to new topics
  • Passion for innovation and the ambition to continuously create new solutions and push existing boundaries
