As a Virtual Account Manager, you will manage and develop customer relationships primarily through digital channels, thereby making an important contribution to the growth of our business. Based at our headquarters in Stans, you will be responsible for managing and acquiring customers in your assigned region. Using digital sales strategies and modern tools, you will secure and expand our market share in a sustainable manner and create a compelling customer experience - even remotely.
YOUR TASKS:
- Drive revenue growth with both existing and new customers within your assigned sales territory
- Manage and advise customers through digital channels while building long-term customer relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned customer portfolio
- Analyze customer needs and develop tailored technical solutions
- Manage leads, opportunities, and quotations throughout the entire sales cycle
- Acquire new customers through outbound activities and digital sales initiatives
- Conduct virtual product presentations, consultations, and sales meetings
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent and customer-focused experience
- Actively contribute to increasing market share and achieving sales targets
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship, university degree, or a comparable qualification
- Sales experience in a technical environment or a strong technical affinity
- Experience in remote or virtual sales is an advantage
- Strong customer, sales, and service orientation
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in virtual customer interactions
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently
- Team player with a passion for cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent French, German, and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with digital communication and sales tools is an advantage
