Technical Customer Project Manager - Track & Trace (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Take responsibility for the technical project execution of Track & Trace projects, including project progress tracking and comprehensive risk management

  • Prepare and manage project quotations, including spare parts, service, and training offerings

  • Develop market- and customer-oriented pricing strategies in close coordination with internal departments

  • Create and track technical deviation lists and project completion reports, and plan projects as well as technical implementation, including handover to Production and Service

  • Coordinate acceptance procedures and manage warranty support activities

  • Act as an interface between internal and external customers, suppliers, and international subsidiaries

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, qualification as a state-certified technician

  • Several years of professional experience, including experience in project management

  • Good English language skills

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Solution-oriented mindset and structured way of working

  • Strong assertiveness, organizational skills, and a confident, professional presence complete your profile
