Senior Financial Accountant (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS:

  • You independently prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS – both in a national and international context.
  • You are responsible for ongoing accounting, including account reconciliations, for our national and international subsidiaries.
  • You work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audits.
  • You calculate and post provisions in compliance with legal and internal company requirements.
  • You support budget and forecasting processes.
  • You optimize existing accounting processes and actively drive their further development.
  • You analyze complex issues related to HGB and IFRS and develop well-founded solutions.
  • You contribute to the further development of shared service standards in a global corporate environment.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • A degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable qualification – e.g., commercial training with further education as a certified accountant or business economist.
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with an international focus.
  • In-depth knowledge of national and international accounting standards (HGB, IFRS).
  • Proficient in SAP FI/CO and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong team and communication skills.
  • Analytical, structured, and service-oriented mindset and working style.
  • Experience in automating financial processes is an advantage.
  • Intercultural competence and enthusiasm for international collaboration.
