Job Description
Mandatory Internship in Market Intelligence

Summer Semester 2027 – limited to 5–6 months

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Support the Market Intelligence team in conducting market and competitive analyses
  • Conduct internet and database research on a wide range of topics and questions
  • Support data preparation, analysis, and visualization activities
  • Prepare presentations of findings in German and English
  • Maintain SICK’s internal market and competitive intelligence database
  • Support the planning and implementation of survey projects

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are studying Economics, (International) Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business Administration, Market Research, or a comparable degree program
  • Ideally, you have initial knowledge of market research, e.g. market analysis, survey, and analytical methods
  • Knowledge of SPSS and Tableau is an advantage
  • Confident use of MS Office and a basic understanding of market mechanisms
  • Good command of English
  • You are characterized by flexibility and a quick grasp of new concepts
  • You work independently and conscientiously
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills round off your profile
