Key Account Manager Intralogistics (f/m/d)
REGION: Bavaria, preferably Greater Regensburg / Nuremberg / Amberg area – Home office possible
YOUR TASKS:
- Serve as a competent contact person for our key customers in intralogistics
- Identify customer needs and define corresponding product requirements
- Develop tailored customer solutions
- Create and implement strategic and operational account plans
- Coordinate international projects and conduct price negotiations
- Act as an interface between internal and external customers as well as international subsidiaries
- Lead global contract negotiations and ensure their implementation
- Provide qualified technical consulting and build as well as expand a strong network of relationships
- Maintain a strong focus on direct customer interaction, including top management
- Continuously monitor competitors and market developments
YOUR PROFILE:
- University degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in key account management
- Industry experience in factory or logistics automation
- Good command of English
- High level of personal responsibility and self-motivation
- Strong customer, sales, and goal orientation
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Confident demeanor and strong negotiation skills
- Solution-oriented and structured way of working
- Willingness to travel frequently
