YOUR TASKS:
- You support and advise existing customers by phone, email, and digital communication channels.
- You prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and actively contribute to closing sales opportunities.
- You identify customer needs and recommend suitable SICK products, solutions, and services.
- You develop existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- You proactively contact customers to generate additional business and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- You work closely with the Field Sales team to ensure seamless customer support and coordinated sales activities.
- You process customer inquiries efficiently and coordinate with Technical Support, Customer Care, Product Management, and other internal departments.
- You maintain customer data and sales activities in the CRM system and contribute to accurate sales forecasting.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a degree in Business, Engineering, or a comparable qualification with an interest in industrial automation.
- You have first experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support, Telesales, or another customer-facing commercial role.
- Experience in industrial automation, sensors, or a technical B2B environment is an advantage.
- You enjoy communicating with customers by phone and building long-term business relationships.
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- You work in a structured and proactive way and can effectively manage multiple customer requests and priorities.
- You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to shared sales success.
- You have a good command of English.
