Job Description
Dual study programme 2026: Digital Business Management (B.A)*

3-year dual study programme in Digital Business Management starting on 01.09.2026 at our Waldkirch location in cooperation with the Lörrach Cooperative State University.
 
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: 

  • Diverse insights and collaboration in various departments such as Marketing, Product Management, Human Resources, Purchasing, Logistics and IT 
  • Field of activity in commercial functions with a view to digital transformation from a business perspective 
  • Online marketing activities
  • Optimisation of customer and supplier processes
  • Event planning 
  • Support and optimisation of digitalisation processes and preparation of business decisions, also in an international context 
  • Programme content: Key technologies for digital business models, materials and production management, logistics, finance and accounting / controlling, marketing, HR management, IT management, IT security and IT law and business analytics / big data 

 
WHAT YOU NEED: 

  • A-levels, specialised university entrance qualification, university of applied sciences entrance qualification (plus passing the delta exam at the DHBW) or comparable training 
  • Strong interest in business management topics and digitalisation 
  • Previous knowledge in the field of economics is an advantage 
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics 
  • Enjoy project-orientated and conceptual work 
  • Customer-orientated way of working 
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills and organisational talent 
  • Good command of English and openness to an international environment
  • Good knowledge of German (language level C1), see admission requirements of the dual university
