Customer Project Manager - Track & Trace (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS:

  • You are responsible for the technical execution of Track & Trace projects, monitoring project progress and managing risks throughout the entire project lifecycle.

  • You prepare and follow up on project quotations, including spare parts, services and training.

  • You develop competitive, market- and customer-oriented pricing in coordination with internal departments.

  • You plan the technical execution of projects and coordinate the handover to Production and Service.

  • You prepare technical deviation lists and project completion reports.

  • You coordinate project acceptance procedures and manage warranty-related matters.

  • You act as the central point of contact for internal and external customers, suppliers and international SICK subsidiaries.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering, alternatively a state-certified technician qualification or comparable qualification

  • Several years of professional experience, including experience in project execution

  • Good to very good written and spoken English skills

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Solution-oriented and structured approach to work
